How to delete your Jeeto11 account.

A plain-English note on the Jeeto11 account-deletion flow: the manual request path, the wallet settlement, the KYC erasure timeline, and the data the operator retains for legal reasons.

How

How to delete your account.

Account deletion is a manual request. The flow is:

  1. Open the Jeeto11 app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm the request with a one-time password sent to the registered phone number.
  3. The operator processes the request within 7 business days.

Alternatively, the request can be raised through Customer Care. The in-app flow is the recommended path because it carries the device fingerprint and the account ID automatically.

Wallet

Wallet settlement before deletion.

Before the account is deleted, the wallet is settled:

  • Cash balance. Withdrawn to the source bank account or UPI handle.
  • Bonus balance. Forfeited if the turnover conditions are not met. The user is informed of the forfeited amount before the deletion is processed.
  • Pending contests. Settled or cancelled before the deletion. The user is informed of the settlement outcome.

The wallet settlement is irreversible. Once the cash is withdrawn, the operator cannot reverse the transaction.

Data

Data erasure and retention.

The operator erases KYC documents and account data within 30 business days of the deletion request, in line with the published retention policy.

Data the operator retains for legal reasons:

  • Transaction records for the period required by tax law (typically 8 years).
  • Anti-money-laundering records for the period required by the regulator.
  • Dispute-resolution records for the period required by the operator’s dispute policy.

The retained data is stored encrypted and is not used for marketing or for any purpose outside the legal retention requirement.

Reopen

Can the account be reopened?

No. Once an account is deleted, the user cannot reopen it. A new sign-up with the same phone number is treated as a new account, with a new welcome bonus eligibility and a new KYC cycle.

If the user wants to pause their activity without deleting, the operator offers a self-exclusion flow through Customer Care. The self-exclusion flow temporarily disables deposits and contest entries; the account is not deleted and can be reactivated after the exclusion period.

FAQ

Five questions on account deletion.

How long does deletion take?

The operator processes the request within 7 business days. Data erasure completes within 30 business days of the request.

Can I get my bonus balance back?

No. Unused bonus balance is forfeited at the time of deletion. The cash balance is withdrawn to the source account.

What if I have pending contests?

Pending contests are settled or cancelled before the deletion. The user is informed of the outcome.

What if I want to pause, not delete?

The self-exclusion flow temporarily disables deposits and contest entries. The exclusion period is set by the user; the account can be reactivated after the period ends.

Can I delete a family member’s account?

No. The deletion request must come from the account holder. Family members must raise their own requests from their own accounts.

Decide. Then act.

The desk respects the reader’s decision either way.
